This service is established to provide our international partner with comprehensive door to door distribution services in Indonesia.

Hundreds of our courier operate within our hub and spokes framework to cover delivery and pick up service within Jakarta greater area as well as other capital cities like Bandung, Surabaya, Denpasar, etc.

Reliable Express Service

With more than 50 flights used everyday, we can provide you with express service for time sensitive shipments distribution to reach most of capital cities in Indonesia within the following morning.

Cost Effective Regular Service

For less time sensitive shipments, we can provide you with reliable cost effective regular service (by land/truck) within minimum weight 15 kg only. We operate more than 40 of our own line haul trucks at the moment to move shipments between cities. Our trucking network connected all capital cities in Sumatra, Java and Bali and extended to most of important mining cities in Kalimantan. And to complement our trucks, we also use trains as well as sea container to provide our customers with effective and also cost reliable distribution solutions.



Shipment Processing System

We designed and developed shipment. Processing system that will enable us, or even our customers in their office, their process can trace shipments within seconds. Our universal bar coded shipment identification system can expedite the shipment preparation process and since the system can accept your own unique bar coded shipment identification then you will be able to maintain your visibility over your shipments in our system.


Tracking System

To ensure visibility along the distribution pipeline, we implemented our shipment processing and tracking system. This system not only provide you with deliveries information but also the status and location of your shipment as the distribution progressing. Our tracking system is on-line in our 36 cities (and expanding). Checkpoints are established and recorded for each shipments from arrival in the airport, progressing through custom clearance, on forwarding to final destinations, delivery and most importantly the return of shipping documents or proof of delivery to shipper.

Returned POD

Although you will get deliveries status information with in hours of the actual delivery. If required we will return to you any shipping documents accompanying the shipments after have been long abandoned by most of the courier companies.

Vehicle Tracking system Using GPS

To enhance the security of the shipments along the way, our line haul trucks are equipped with GPS based vehicle tracking system. This tracking unit will enable us to monitor the progress of the journey of trucks thus destination. Continuous movement will ensure fastest travel time to minimizing security risk.

Wide span of the country added with limited infrastructure bring us a real distribution challenge in itself. Over 35 Branches plus another 40 agents helped us to cover Indonesia better. Shipment Insurance

With, insurance premium merely a fraction of the insured value you will find shipping your goods through us quite convenience. There will be 2% premium of the freight charge for IDR 50,000,000,- (equivalent to approx. USD 5,000,-) coverage for replacement or reconstruction cost againts damage or lost.

EC-Ship (Electronic Caraka Shipment Processing System)

We can provide our customers with on-site shipment processing system to help them manage the shipment preparation especially those high volume shippers (direct mails, customer's documents, customer communication, etc). This onsite facility will enable our customer to process the shipment quickly, timely and directly monitor the progress of the shipments. Various report can be generated from this system for their disposal.

Web Tracking

For your convenience, the progress of any shipment can be tracked through our web tracking facility via internet. Others means of tracking, such us e-mail or SMS is being developed to give you better convenience.

"Better productivity in shipments preparation"

Bar coding system will eliminate manual entry and faster shipment ID input using barcode scanner. System can also read bar code consignee ID to eliminate mass consignee details by manual input.

"Easier Tracking"

Your own unique bar code ID can be used as shipment ID, thus you can see the shipment the way you want to see it. Your series of reference number such as serial number, order numbers or any reference number required can be attached to a shipment for easier tracking. Checkpoints record will give you visibility of the shipment movement.

"Manage the Return of the Shipping Documents"

The system was designed to manage the return of shipping documents back to the shipper. Shipping documents checkpoints along its journey back to the shipper will be recorded to ensure that they will be returned to you quickly.
